With encomPOS you can not only restrict the sales of age related items, but also have the system interact with your CCTV to email pictures of refused sales, proof of ID. encomPOS offers a headoffice or backoffice system. Many stores who have been required to have a seperate backoffice solution choose encomPOS for its flexibility when it comes to shelf-edge labeling, updating promotions or even ordering. No other system we are aware of lets you do all of these easily from the Point of Sale. encomPOS can produce not only the normal Shelf Edge labels, but also full A4 flyers or tickers to promote not just the symbol groups lines but also your own.

We offer a handheld terminal capable of operating standalone and cross-store. Imagine the benefits of having a handheld terminal which you can take between stores to update pricing, produce shelf lables or even order directly. With encomPOS, stores can be connected together (by section or as a whole), in other words if you want to configure your stores to all charge the same for confectionary yet differ on wine offers, you can! with encomPOS the stores can submit changes between them with proper control over shelf edges and pricing. So much control is possible that we have a system to even alter pricing at specific times of day and transmit changes to electronic shelf-edge labels if required.

Tracking random weight items, and even their source is also not a problem,perhaps interacting with news rounds, or maybe even operating customer accounts with monthly statements for local businesses; none of these concerns an encomPOS ran store. When customers approach us and ask if they can have the system do something out of the normal nowadays nearly 90% of the time we can just say yes, the other 10% we will usually work with the customer to achieve it. We have customers who have the system email them copies of the X/Z reads automatically at the end of the day, many of these customers don't even ask their staff to produce X/Z reads, its all done for them by email. Some have headoffice systems installed to message the staff on the tills and interrogate the stems remotely, but for those that don't a simple set of options is built in for providing feedback over the internet/email.
