| 2. Sending the order After confirmation from the waiter the order is sent. The food and drink is sent to the appropriate kitchen printers and the customers bill is updated at the ICRTouch terminal. |
| 3. Printing the order Full details and breakdown can be printed along with the waiters name, time of order, table number, and any instructions; including the hand written messages. |
| 4. Delivering the order The waiter is able to stay in the service area and continue to take orders from other tables until the order is ready for collection and delivery to the customer. |
| 5. Paying the bill When the customer wishes to pay their bill the waiter can print it via the WaiterPad. Payment is then taken at the ICRTouch terminal pay station. Alternatively, you can adopt a pouch system, whereby the bill is finalised on the WaiterPad or by credit card The Handheld ordering system developed specifically for the hospitality and catering industry.
